Delete Account Request

This page allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data from the Hasanoglu mobile applications.

How to delete your account

• Select the application you are using.
• Fill in the account deletion request form.
• Provide the email or phone number used in the app.
• Submit the request.
• Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data Safety Information

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Personal profile information
• Contact details
• Order and activity history
• Location data

Some data may be retained if required by law or for security and fraud prevention purposes.
